The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host, Raffaele, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He provided us with valuable information and assistance during our time in Rome. The communication with him was smooth and efficient. I had a wonderful experience at Ottaviano Exclusive Maison and would highly recommend it to others.

Favourable location really close to the metro and restaurants around, Vatican City, everything fine. Having walk-in showers was great. Overall experience was very comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time; the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerators, and the area felt safe.

The balcony had amazing city views, perfect for sipping champagne. The hotel is conveniently located near Vatican Museums and St Peter's Square, so I could easily walk there in my fabulous heels. The Ottaviano Metro Station was just a short strut away.
